President of Coldwell Banker Commercial West and Executive Sales Director of Coldwell Banker West. Jeff Kane has been a part of the San Diego Real Estate Industry for more than 35 years. He is also a recipient of the Coldwell Banker International President's Circle Award, given to the top 3% of all Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. Jeff is an "Global Luxury" Property Specialist which is the top echelon of luxury homes in Coldwell Banker West. Mr. Kane is President of Coldwell Banker Commercial West, where he is involved in Sales and leasing of commercial projects. Mr. Kane has been a Certified Review Appraiser for more than twenty years. In addition, he has ran several San Diego Real Estate Development firms such as Continental Pacific Development Company, a commercial and residential Real Estate Development firm that builds shopping centers, office buildings, hotels and multi-family residential communities. He was President of the Lomas Santa Fe Companies in Solana Beach, as well as an instructor at National University educating students in Real Estate Development and Management, as well as, Senior Vice-President and Director of Operations at La Jolla Commercial Associates. Mr. Kane graduated from San Diego State University earning 3 Bachelor of Science degrees simultaneously in Business Finance, Economics and Public Administration. He also served as Associated Student Body President. He is listed in Who's Who in American Universities and Colleges. Jeff is very active within the San Diego Community having served as President of the Solana Beach Chamber of Commerce, President Emeritus of the North Coast Repertory Theatre, Board of Directors for the Building Industry Association (BIA), Board of Directors and Vice-Chairman San Diego Asset Leasing Corporation (SANCAL), Chairman of the Youth Support Institute of America (YSIA) and the San Diego Humane Society. Jeff is also current President of the Board Directors of "Exploring Natures Wonders", headquartered in Bend, Oregon. In addition, Mr Kane received the 2000 San Diego County Philanthropy Award, and has served on the Board of Directors for Children's Hospital of San Diego and Ivy Ranch Park in Oceanside.
