Nick Kane has been working in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate for over 10 years. Mr. Kane's excellent client service, knowledge of the Real Estate Market and attention to detail, allow him to navigate through the Real Estate process with his clients whether they are buying or selling. Mr. Kane has also advised many clients with Investment Opportunities in Commercial and Residential Real Estate properties throughout San Diego County and Southern California. On the Commercial side, Nick has assisted clients with Vacant Land/Land Development/Highest & Best Use Assessment, Multi-Family properties, Office Buildings and Retail Shopping Centers as well as assisting both landlords and tenants with Commercial Leasing. Nick prides himself on providing excellent service for all of his clients, whatever their needs may be. Nick is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Business Administration and Real Estate Finance.
