In addition to the emotional component of selling a home she shared with my dad, my mom did not have any experience with contracts, inspections, e-mail, etc. Jeff was incredibly patient and always had her best interest at heart. He invested countless hours holding open houses, finding contractors for repair work, meeting with contractors, reviewing documents with my mom and many, many, many other tasks too numerous to list in this short review.
